Some things deserve to be slowed down.
I started Lore & Latch from a simple belief: that everyday life can hold more intention, more texture, more quiet. That the things you bring into your home — a candle, a tea, a stick of incense — can be small acts of ritual rather than just things.
At 38, I left a pharma career I was good at but no longer believed in. I didn't have a plan — I had my grandmother's notebook of plant remedies and a growing sense that the life I'd built in the Netherlands wasn't the one I was meant for. This shop is where that search lives now.
I curate natural and wellness products for people who are building a more deliberate life. Not perfectionists. Not minimalists with a manifesto. Just people who want to feel more grounded in the ordinary moments — because that's exactly what I'm looking for too.
What I carry
My range centres on natural wellbeing — botanical teas, incense, candles, herbs, and things for the conscious home. Everything is chosen with one question in mind: does this make a quiet moment better? If it doesn't earn its place on my shelf, it doesn't earn a place in the store.
How I work
I source from suppliers who share my standards for quality and natural ingredients. It's just me, building this slowly — the same way I believe we should live. I'm not selling arrival; I'm a companion on the path, which means I talk about the hard days as much as the beautiful ones.
Where I'm going
I'm based in the Netherlands, with my sights set on the slower pace of the Canary Islands, where I'm from. The brand reflects that journey — island roots, grey northern mornings, and a life worth taking your time over.
