Meet Lorena.
She's still finding her way too.

At 38, Lorena left a pharma career she was good at but no longer believed in. She didn't have a plan — she had her grandmother's notebook of plant remedies and a growing sense that the life she'd built in the Netherlands wasn't the life she was meant for.

“I’m an introvert with social anxiety, determined to explore the world outside while I heal myself within.”

Every product at Lore & Latch is something Lorena found on her path. Something that helped. Something that made the grey mornings more bearable, the inner work more possible, the slow journey home feel less far away.

Why Lore & Latch

Not a shop.
A practice.

Lore is what your grandmother knew. Latch is the clasp that holds it close. We don't sell wellness — we find the things that actually help, and we put them in one place so you don't have to spend your already-thin energy searching.

i

Curated by lived experience

Every product lives in Lorena's apartment first. If it doesn't earn its place on the shelf, it doesn't earn a place in the store.

ii

Honest about the journey

We're not selling arrival. We're companions on the path — which means we talk about the hard days as much as the beautiful ones.

iii

Rooted in plant wisdom

From Canary Islands ruda to European mugwort — we trust what grows from the earth over what comes from a lab.

iv

Built for the between-worlds

For the ones who feel neither fully here nor fully there. Who are rethinking everything. Who are, slowly, finding their way.
