At Lore & Latch, we work with carefully selected suppliers to bring natural and ritual-inspired products to your door. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time
We currently ship to the Netherlands and across the EU.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping** on all orders over €35
- €3.95 flat rate** on orders under €35

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties charged by your country.
