Your Right to Return (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@lore-latch.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned
- For hygiene reasons, certain personal care or consumable products (such as opened teas, herbs, or incense) cannot be returned once opened
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at info@lore-latch.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
