Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days in the Netherlands, and 10–18 business days for other EU countries. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship outside the EU?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the EU. If you're outside the EU and would like to order, please contact us at admin@lore-latch.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for the tracking to activate.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during international transit. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Are your products natural/organic?

What if I want to return something?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your card details.
